I paid for Windows Advanced VPS for 1 year subscription on 10 July 2008. On 17 September, I asked them how much I would get in refund "IF" I cancel my VPS subscription. They immediately canceled my account without even answering my question. Itried contacting them - but to no avail. I asked them for refund of 10 unused months of subscription. They would reject my request stating that they do not have my e-mail id on their records. I sent them couple of mails with all documents attached - the confirmation mail they sent during registration, the invoice number of my payment, the last 4 digits of the credit card I used etc., For any mail I send them, they just respond - We could not find your e-mail id in our records. EasyCGI is the worst hosting provider of all I have dealt with till now during my last 5 years of web hosting experience.
