They have aweful Tech Support and customer service. All of their tech support is sub contracted to Inida which wouldn't be bad except that their PHONE connection to there is so bad that it constantly hangs up. Or have to deal with echoy sounds, white noise in the background..etc the whole time on call. And becasue they are all sub-contracters, it's impossible to get them to help you on anything execept for 1 specific task they are trained to do. And Customer service is only open during business hours...so if you work during the day..forget ever talking to them. I have to say I've never dealt with any company with worse cutomer serive and tech support as this company. and I am not being dramatic.
